Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is good for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, please reach out to our customer service department at info@capnclean.com and explain your circumstances to us. We know that Capn Clean works because we use it every day at Angel Dry Carpet & Rug Cleaning. Perhaps you’re wanting a refund because you weren’t able to successfully resolve your upholstery cleaning needs. Maybe you just need a little advice or assistance. It is our duty and responsibility to help you, whatever the case may be, so please do contact us. An Angel Dry team member or the owner will reach out to you within 2-3 business days. It’s our commitment to serving our customers.

To be eligible for a return, please request a return shipping label by sending your order number to info@capnclean.com. Please ensure that the original bottle of Capn Clean is emptied, and please return all brush accessories, tools, and packaging included with your order. Within 2-3 business days, our customer service department will email you a return shipping label. Simply attach that label to the original mailer that your product arrived in and drop it at the local USPS post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.

  • Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email of the completed refund processing, with transaction details. Please note that depending on the efficiency of processing by your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the funds to post to your account.

Shipping Returns

To return your Capn Clean product on your own, you will be opting out of using a return shipping label that we provide to you at no charge. If you prefer this option, you should mail your product to:

If you opt to ship your order to us on your own, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is returned with a shipping label that we provide to you.
